We recognize the value that our employees bring to the organization, which is why we look for opportunities to show how much we appreciate them. Your comments about our employees being approachable, friendly, and willing to help are heartwarming to hear, as we believe that Western National employees are some of the best. Through our Wellbeing program, we do have an on-site fitness studio, which employees are free to use at their leisure. Every Tuesday, we partner with a local personal trainer who comes on-site to host a strength training class. Due to this, we aren’t able to have as robust of equipment as you would find at a traditional gym. However, we do offer a wide variety of equipment, including free weights, yoga equipment, and more. We also are glad to hear that you appreciate our teams, as we truly believe our people are what set us apart from our competitors. We are saddened to read your comments about remote work. We continue to offer flexible, hybrid, and remote work options to a majority of our employees at all office locations (as approved by a manager). The privilege to work remotely is and will remain dependent on the needs of our customers balanced with the needs of our employees and internal teams.
