Thank you for taking the time to leave us a five-star review! We take great pride in knowing that our employees truly enjoy working at Western National and hearing comments like yours are always appreciated. Fostering a collaborative environment that is based on employee connectiveness is one of our major goals, and we are glad to hear that you recognize and value those efforts. Similarly, we are dedicated to recognizing and promoting the professional growth and development of our employees, and we enjoy hearing that you view those as positive elements of working here. At the end of the day, we know that our employees have lives that extend outside of Western National, which is why we encourage our employees to maintain a strong sense of work-life balance. We are sorry to hear that you feel IT integration is lacking for the Claims Department. We don’t take comments like these lightly. As you may know, we are currently undergoing an extensive overhaul of our technology and software systems, which has caused some growing pains along the way. We are always looking for feedback on areas in which we can improve. If you are willing to share, please contact us directly at HRmail@wnins.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are glad to hear you have been able to build relationships with your peers and have found a good work/life balance as both elements are important to our company culture. We are also pleased to hear that you view our compensation package favorably. We understand that a robust compensation package is an important part of any job, which is why we regularly review compensation at all levels to ensure that we offer competitive wages that align with industry standards. We do understand many of our employees may require flexibility from the traditional office-centric culture and commute to the office. While we do currently offer flexible and hybrid remote work options to employees at all our office locations (as approved by a manager), the privilege to work remotely is and will remain dependent on the needs of our customers balanced with the needs of employees and internal teams. Additionally, we’re actively seeking work equilibrium that supports our employees and the organization, which is why we strive to provide engaging but balanced work for our employees. However, we recognize that certain times of the year and certain project timelines can be busier than others. If you feel that you consistently have too much on your plate, we strongly encourage you to meet with your manager to have an honest conversation about workload and find solutions that work for both of you. With regards to your experience with management, we are working towards some key initiatives regarding learning and development to help our managers provide support for their employees and to enhance overall engagement. We conduct regular reviews of our departments and managers to help aid and empower accountability and ownership and hope to continue to strengthen management across the company. We are always looking for additional feedback on areas in which we can improve. If you are willing, please contact us directly at HRmail@wnins.com.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! We appreciate reading your positive comments about work-life balance at Western National, our hybrid work environment, the Wellbeing Program, and more. As you mentioned, we strive to offer a variety of benefits to our employees so that they know how much they are valued beyond their day-to-day work. While we are appreciative of your positive comments, we are disheartened to read the negative comments you shared. Western National strives to support employees through difficult times, including all of the challenges we faced during the pandemic. Western National has also increased and expanded our talent acquisition efforts to encourage and promote diversity across our Group. We don’t take these comments lightly, and we welcome a conversation to gain additional insight on how we can address the issues you saw with turnover in your department and any other areas you feel have room for improvement. If you are willing, we encourage you to contact us directly at HRmail@wnins.com.
