Management really appreciates the people here, and the people appreciate each other. We're all in this together, trying to make this the best company it can be. There is a real sense of community.

Cons

There are a lot of concurrent large projects, and always an appetite for more.

Great people to work with. Interesting projects and assignments. Western National truly cares about policyholders and employees. Chances to volunteer, help the community. Chances to keep learning. The company has done well financially, and the future outlook is positive.

Cons

Sometimes there is too much to do.

To your point about workload, it’s been an exciting few years of growth at Western National.
