I have nothing to say as pros comments.

Cons

It is an unstable company; every year, there are laid off, and the work environment is inconsistent, with a lot of pressure and a lack of professionalism. This organization does not do a good job of putting the right talent in the correct positions, Poor leadership. The agent support is terrible; the POS is far behind compared to the competitors. Leadership doesn't listen; managers don't care. Everything is micromanaging and a lot of stress—frequent reorganizations.
