      Got laid off so I don't have to work there anymore

      WU has handed down leadership practices that are based on grinding people down then laying them off

      Culture is very toxic set by new CEO, no work life balance or value for subject matter expertise. Very reactive and lack of strategy Transactional relationship with employees.

      Uncomfortable Politics

      Pros

      The workplace is beautiful. Co-workers are great people. Pay was above average.

      Cons

      Critical race theory was abundant and oppressive at Western Union. Tiresome CRT training and overbearing "socialist" management. I left well over a year ago - so, perhaps things have changed. Politics need to be left out of the workplace.
