      Pros

      Coworkers and direct reports were a delight. Huge amount of talent in the ranks.

      Cons

      The talent in the company is squashed to death by a cadre of management who think they are in a movie I have never seen such blatant passive aggressive behaviour used to play mind games. And they all complain that everyone else is doing it. Seriously, life is too short to work with that
