      Great comment. We have a truly world-class Compliance team, that uses advanced technology to ensure customers can transfer money securely in over 200 countries. Partnering with law enforcement is part of that process. We welcome people with law enforcement or military background to apply. Regarding our location, we love being headquartered in Denver, Colorado (recently ranked as the #1 place to live in the U.S. by US News). However, we do have employees working in over 50 different countries globally, including offices in San Francisco, Miami, London, Hong Kong, Dubai, etc.

      - Diverse - Fast-moving, complex business - Some good, smart people - Could have strong potential for social impact

      Cons

      - Management has lost the plot; stagnant stock price - Constant transformation - Annual layoffs for last 7+ years - Move toward flatter structure leaves fewer opportunities to advance; means that good senior people are being let go - Too many HR programs and demands; no consistency or strategy - No work-life balance - Culture seems nicey-nice on the surface, but leads to back-channeling / back-biting - Too many silos, lack of alignment on how things get done - Real gender issues that they are glossing over with a few new campaigns - No longer investing in social impact / community in any real way
