At the verge of collapse

Pros

Real nice co-workers, descent pay, recently modernized offices.

Cons

* CEO & CIO have lost their vision, if they had any to begin with. * Technologically they are still stalled in the era of main frames. * No innovation or creativity and it is not allowed either. * Lots of talks little action. * Mid-management are very uneducated with no clear drections (most VPs). * Constant lay-offs.

Pros

Easy to break into the world of FX. Good people I worked with for the most part. Can make decent money. Infrastructure is in place.

Cons

Where do I start. Very mismanaged, extremely low morale. Lost most of its most talented employees. The merging of 3 companies did not go well. Very disorganized senior management with no clear direction. Doesn't seem like the company knows what it wants to do.

Could be great but too political

Pros

Good benefits and competitive salary

Cons

So political, all VPs are competing to have the biggest fiefdom. Very little chance for advancement.
