Pros

There is plenty of opportunity for field work and to learn skills within your title/rank. In general the coworkers are great people who work hard and like to have a great time. There usually seemed to be a very friendly atmosphere around the office.

Cons

Corporate structure is handicapping the regional and local offices. Management (at all levels) carries a sense of entitlement. Not much support for moving up in your career as that would incur more cost for the company. Managers expect people to stay at their hire level indefinitely.

Pros

Great technical staff and a good diversity of projects.

Cons

Spent too many resources trying to branch into market where they zero experience or expertise. As a result they lost their most valuable clients.

Pros

Some of the best people you ever work with at the execution level. Sick time was good. These are the only things I miss about working here.

Cons

Seems like middle/upper management has no idea what they are doing. Do not take care of their employees well. Say one thing and do another. Focus too much on revenue and not profits. Management seems unaware of differences in markets and tries to fit a square peg into a round hole. Bonus program is a joke. Upper management pinches pennies by twisting policies around to hurt the employees that actually make the company money. Upper management make too much money while paying their performers pennies. Stock has plummeted; 401k matches are basically worthless because of this and because you'll never be able to cash in your stock.
