Management were in it for themselves and will throw you under the bus at any chance to get the knee pads out for their bosses especially VPs that want to move to other areas to start their own offices. Multiple instances of racial slurs and extremely poor work life balance. You also advance solely on years and what group you were in.

1. Some employees take advantage of the high retention rate. 2. Weighed down by corporate "support" staff that don't actually help but add to your work. 3. Entry salary is competitive but expect below average raises and bonus each year.
