Pros

Working for the company has a large number of pros: - Unmatched Healthcare Benefits - Unlimited Growth Potential - Positive Company Culture - Great Retirement Plan (Pension, Stock Appreciation Rights, and Good 401k funds) - Vehicle Allowances - Company Gas Cards - Stimulating Work These are just a few benefits. Overall, my experience has been excellent however that is in large part due to the leadership of my boss. He is someone who cares greatly about his teams and the people he is tasked with leading, not just in the sense that he wants them to do a good job (which he does) but also he cares about their personal development and success in their personal life. That is Rare. The company obviously offers numerous wonderful benefits to their employees, one of the best is the health insurance which we use frequently and has taken great care of my family. We paid $0.00 to have our first child and all doctors visits have been a $25 copay, period.

Cons

While the company's benefits and long term financial prospects are amazing, it suffers from high turnover due to the fact that other competitors offer more short term compensation to those who are 1-8 years along. This is partly because WT prides itself on being a career oriented company so it builds its incentives that way however it is hard to keep people around for the long run when competitors keep pulling them out from under you right after you train them to be useful and valuable.

Pros

None. This place is a step back in anyone’s career in construction.

Cons

Overworked, under pay with a non-competitive salary, no vacation days which means no personal life, not a good place for women or POC, claims to be progressive but it’s policies are dated
