The company definitely relies on the golden handcuffs to keep you. Pay is great when you start as a college grad, however it catches up by the time you are PM. By the time you realize it you have accrued "internal stock" that takes 15 years to vest.
Some PMs are very unprofessional and while that is great when you are young, you slowly realize it is not somewhere you want to grow.
Unless you are in HQ, it is hard to accelerate your career.
Worked with some people that were clearly hired to fill spots - not contribute.
All in all - extremely conservative place to work. You'll have to settle for consistent, yet average life style.
