      Good people, interesting projects, held in high regard in the industry, ability to advance quickly

      Significant amount of time spent doing administrative tasks, takes away from focus on projects.

      Pros

      They are trying to keep up with the times more by hiring a lot of younger people out of college. They are more interested in hiring younger people and at great salaries with great benefits. Most of the people here are very nice and welcoming. They use lots of new technology too.

      Cons

      All of the people in charge are older and not as open to new ideas. It is hard for a younger person to deal with because everyone higher up is very serious. The general atmosphere is very serious and there are a lot of office politics. Someone is always watching you to make sure you aren't goofing off and it's stressful having someone always watching you do your job.
