      Pros

      Hours, pay, experience, growth, pay. There was a great amount of young professionals being added to the company which could be beneficial to my cons.

      Cons

      Managers out of touch with employees and the placement. Some manager could benefit from some updating on their management styles

      Pros

      Good health insurance, good infrastructure and support from the main office, lots of freedom and independence to do your own thing, they hate lay offs and firings, pay is reasonable, very consistent and predictable promotions and pay raises.

      Cons

      Pay and promotions are very hierarchical, specific policy against posting on glassdoor and similar companies, part of that freedom and independence leads to inconsistent culture, the lack of firings mean crummy people stay forever (and you could get stuck with those people, which leaves you in a rut). Pension plan is virtually useless.
