Pros
Good benefits, once you work there for 6 months full time, which can include domestic partner benefits. Coworkers are friendly. There is a 20% store discount for employees. Whole Foods also does a lot of community service and actively supports local farmers. Currently building new stores that compost and run on solar energy.
Cons
Poor management, disrespecting of team members by management, low pay for entry-level work, difficult to have a steady schedule or to take time off to see family. Core values are not taken seriously. Bottom line has become the priority, and both customer service and team member satisfaction has dropped off.
