Pros

They have great discount which even comes off on top of sale and promos. They merchandise is really cute and fun to work with. Depending on your store your staff is either the best thing ever and makes your job so fun or its the worst staff ever and all they will do is sit around and gossip.

Cons

All the stores don't follow the same rules. There is no consistency across the company so going to another store to help just creates confusion. If you are at a busy store with high theft you are expected to stop all theft all by yourself with associates are poorly trained on preventing loss.

There's SO MUCH to like at windsor! they offer amazing career opportunities as they tend to promote from within as opposed to hire from the outside. they take the time to train their employees and offer great incentives to perform well (i.e gift cards, contests, ect). the senior management (area managers, district managers, ect) are knowledgeable and friendly and take time to visit their stores to ensure things are being run correctly and efficiently. the president is a nice man who visits his stores and reaches out when stores do amazing. he is always seeking feedback in making his company better. windsor also offers the cutest, most trendy clothes currently on the market. the person who runs the social media pages continually likes employees pictures, shares them, and posts them on the front page of the website. they offer great customer service and our motto is to always make the customer happy. they live by that. i've worked for two major retail chains and will never, ever go back. to leave windsor would mean leaving retail. there's no better place to work.
