      Pros

      The employee discount was great. Some of the people i work with are cool, some aren't so cool. MY manager was great!

      Cons

      expects too much for such little pay. they dont care about you at ALL.. work ur butt off, but if you dont make ur sales, you're screwed. DM is horrible, and she could care less about you. She's so fake and could care less about you as long as you don't bring down her district. I do not recommend working for this company at all.

      Pros

      40% discount on clothes and flexible with school. Pretty flexible when requesting for days off and allowed switching shifts if necessary. I learned how to pull cute outfits together too.

      Cons

      Surprise visits from the district manager were horrible and she was very unreasonable and inconsiderate. She spoke to you in the most condescending tone and yelled at you for doing something wrong.

      Cons

      Policies and procedures can be changed when they feel like it with out employees review or notcie, so it makes it easier for them to fire you with out having a justifiable reason. Many Windsor Store Managers know this & use it to their advantage
