Pros

Good position for someone who is younger and is just starting off in the retail industry. You learn a lot and are very hands on with the whole store operations. Visuals are really fun to do as well especially if styling is your thing.

Cons

You are expected to do a lot for a wage that doesn’t equate to the amount of work.

Pros

Pay is amazing, and so is the 40% employee discount

Cons

Corporate is conflicting. They will tell you to do one thing, but backtracks snd takes the customer side when they send in a complaint because we are following policy. Benefits SUCK. We only get 6 paid mental health sessions with a therapist, but with the stress we go through on the job we need way more than that. They never care when we are short staffed even though customers complain and/or we have to work for 2 weeks straight sometimes open-close. Pregnant? Good luck with higher ups caring about that at all. Your mission is to drive sales, and thats all they care about. Health insurance provided is laughable. It’s low cost, but the deductable for a lot of my services are extreme that even my doctors are shocked. Can’t take time off during prom season, holiday season, or college spring break. So that leaves only the summer time to access your paid vacation, screw if your birthday or family event falls during any of the aforementioned times. No work/life balance— you will be extremely sore and tired after a shift so if you have kids or a business outside of there, best of luck. So if you're looking for a job that only cares about sales and not really your mental health, physical health, and sanity then this is the place for you.

Pros

Good to build certain skills 40% discount Warehouse sales Can be fun

Cons

-If you want to be a Live Host for the experience/Clips, do it. However, for a short time only. -No Growth opportunities, you will be stunted here. -Windsor doesn’t offer raises or opportunities for increased pay - Expects full time work from part-time employees -Makes false promises -HR will do nothing about harassment, bullying, and you are not protected as an employee… at least in my experience -Toxic work environment -Big Gossip Culture -unprofessional behavior from upper management. They will fabricate lies about you and your work to fit an agenda. -you will not be recognized for your work -It will take an affect on your mental health. -Also, it’s a poor work environment. I used to do my makeup on the ground, in the dark and we didn’t have anywhere to put our stuff. -they will use you and get rid of you without warning. I can go on and on… but this place overall will take a toll on your mental health and will hold you back.
