Pros

Discount, customer relationship, information is provided and easy to locate.

Cons

Underpaid, over worked, corporate wouldn't last a homecoming season in a store!!! Lol sorry Susan retail has evolved since the 90s, the new rm/dm their bringing in lmao!!!! They have no clue what this business is about. Windsor calls themselves a family. Lmao . You can get to be a store manager easily because noone want to work here, but don't expect to grow after that. It's a good starter job but ya,

Pros

-People from corporate who visit the store from the visual department actually care and want to get to know you -You are able/encouraged to help customers style an outfit in a non aggressive/pushy way to make sales. - 40% off discount - Easy job when you've been there long enough

Cons

-Employees who are not doing their job cannot be terminated/written up at times for literally no reason. -Some employees are given special treatment and are allowed to be late to every shift, while others are written up. -Your DM can make or break your experience. -The pay for a manager is not good enough. Some managers make 15/ hr. While other make 18/hr and its taboo to talk to each other about how much you make. -You are told to follow policy yet you have to break the rules for a customer or you get in trouble. -Employees who follow Windsor values do not get any awards. There's no employee of the month or anything. You only get a reward for how long you've been there and now you have to even earn points for that. -They changed their rewards for employees who have been there for a while. It used to be gift cards and now it's a confusing system where you have to earn points.

Pros

Cute clothes, 40% discount, flexible schedule sometimes

Cons

Terrible music, no real compensation for the amount of work done, after 1 year you get a $25 gift card to Windsor so you’re just paying them back, no room for growth, you’re honestly just a number.
