Pros

• Fast hire • Excellent training/Training staff • Excellent Quality Assurance staff. • Excellent HR staff

Cons

• This is a telemarketing job; not a bad thing however, you have to weed though tons of voicemail messages and no answers before reaching live persons. • A certain manager issues snide unnecessary remarks inside of her email messages when responding direct to employees. Manager has demonstrated that she lacks the art for writing graceful electronic messages. #detractor

Pros

- Work from home. I worked this job as a college student so the flexible schedule allowed me to work in between classes - Quotas were easy to meet - The compensation was alright for a college student, but I don't know how all those stay at home mom's handled working for such low pay - It's an hourly job so you don't have to worry about working beyond your scheduled hours

Cons

- this is a telemarketing job - lots of harassment from people we call and no support for that harassment. - They made us work a minimum of 35 hours a week but no more than 40 so we were considered "part time" and could not get benefits. Perhaps things have changed since I was there but that is a bummer if you are just looking for part time work. - Working from home seems like fun, but it is a very depressing situation especially when your only interaction with humans at work was people yelling at you over the phone - No opportunities for growth - this is definitely a dead end job - Working from home means there is no work culture, no coworkers, etc. It seems ideal, but it's depressing
