We regret to hear that your experience with our team was not favorable. However, we strive to create a work environment that is collaborative, informative and positive. Our training week is five days. However, our trainers spend a considerable amount of time providing practice opportunity. In fact, all of our agents are provided a nesting week following training that allows them to practice the position and receive one on one coaching from our team. Per our contract with our schools, there are strict educational guidelines when recruiting students for colleges. This limits our ability to pay a bonus on generating leads for colleges. However, we do pay bonuses for quality, schedule adherence , employee referrals and additional training opportunities. These bonuses allow us to celebrate the hard work of our most talented staff, and many of our team members who meet and exceed company goals have benefited from this bonus structure. As with any industry that are certain regulations that must be followed. TCPA is one of those items. This is a federal mandate that governs how we handle our prospective students when discussing school opportunities. By law, we must get explicit permission to send their information to colleges. Omitting this step will result in thousands of dollars in fines from the U.S. government. We explain this in detail to all employees, and never input a step into the process to simply frustrate staff. As for pay, we continue to look for ways to meet the needs of our employees. We acknowledge that our employees are paid twice a month on the 15th and the last day of the month. This is not uncommon from other employers. We explain this in detail to our new hires so that may prepare and budget for a twice a month payroll schedule. Finally, we do want to end with saying we have staff members that have worked for our company since we opened 10 years ago. We are proud of this and continue to have employees who have remained with us for years. We recognize that there are some who will not find that this job is a good fit, but we want to stress we are a thriving company, with an exceptional workforce and we continue to grow. Though we know that there will be some who do not quite like the rules or policies, we continue to hear from our staff their gratitude and appreciation for working with our team. We encourage you to contact us if you would like to discuss your specific employment history. We may be able to help clarify areas you may have questions about.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do acknowledge that we are a high volume call center, and that calls are frequent. However, this is balanced by making sure our team can create their own schedules and are able to take breaks each hour if needed by following our adherence policy. In addition, we do stress that all of our schools are accredited. Our agents jobs does not include the need to discuss accreditation with individuals who call. In fact, we stress that it is important that we allow the Admission Representatives to discuss this information. We also offer several program options, and train our team to discuss with each caller the importance of allowing the admission advisor an opportunity to discuss in detail the programs and classes that are offered. Though we know questions arise, we stress to our team the necessity to rely on training or reach out to management with questions. By doing this, we continue to be the leader in the industry for lead generation. In fact, this year we were recognized as such. We believe that this is a result of a dedicated staff that values customer service, integrity and are inspired to help others reach their educational goals.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We recognize that the starting pay during the 90 day training period is $9.00 an hour, and that may be lower than some other virtual employers. However, we believe we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that sets us a part from a lot of other work from home opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, pay increases at the 90 day mark. Also, at 90 days, you are able to start using your earned paid time off. In addition, 6 months after the 90 days, we offer a performance review with the possibility of another pay increase and a promotion in the position. Finally, we offer bonus opportunities. This month in April we offering a bonus for individuals with great attendance. This bonus will effectively ensure any employee who earns the bonus makes an additional $1.00 an hour for each hour they worked. Outside of pay, we offer healthcare insurance to employees who work full-time with our company through Blue Cross Blue Shield. After a year with the company, you are also able to enroll in our matching 401K program. We also offer the opportunity for permanent employment (not seasonal), and room for growth. In fact, we believe in the policy of promotion from within. All of our managers started off in our call center as call center agents first. Because we believe and value our employees, we try to offer a comprehensive work from home opportunity that allows for flexibility, career growth and a great work/ life balance.
