Pros

It's a work from home opportunity

Cons

There are MUCH BETTER work from home opportunities. This place will give you raises and bonuses until Q4 when their expense reports come in and then fire you for bogus reasons so they can save pennies on the dollar. They will NOT be loyal to you, as most of the previous management who have been fired for no reason can testify. You as an employee, can find several other work from home opportunities, that start at a much more competitive rate, a better benefits package, and for a better company, who actually care about you. Take it from me, I am a former employee, still working from home, making triple what this company fired me at to save them a dime. Save your time and money, apply somewhere else.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our team was not pleasurable. We assure you, however, that no employee from our team has been terminated because of Q4 expense reports. If an employee is terminated it is for a violation of a company policy that puts our contracts at risk with our clients. We work hard with our agents to avoid this, but at times it is necessary because an individual continues to not comply with company rules or expectation even after coaching sessions, and verbal and written warnings. We are consistent with using a progressive model of discipline to ensure that we provide coaching before any termination. We do not and have never simply terminated an employee because our expenses were too high. Finally, our management team is the backbone of our company. There are times in which management transitions to new positions, but this is rare for our team. In fact, there has been relatively little change with our management because our managers are invested in the success of our team. We are a thriving business, and strive to create job opportunities for our most valued employees. We are firm believers in the model of promote from within. In fact, in the last three months we have created several new leadership positions, which resulted in the promotion of 7 our most seasoned call center representatives. This is just one example of our commitment to train and coach our team to success. We end with this, every response we give is open and honest. We recognize that there are times in which individuals are upset when writing a review, but must point out issues that are inconsistent or not in alignment with our policies or past practices. We stress that there has not be a high turnover in management as you have indicated. Nor have we recently, in our past or plan to do in the future simply terminated employment due to Q4 expense reports. In fact, none of our current, former or future agents would be privy to such information. We continue to invest in the best part of our company, our employees, and regret at times that despite that investment we are forced to separate an employee from a position. We stress, however, that if this occurs the employee was provided with the coaching, tools and support to improve, and is only let go after continued support has failed to produce the necessary improvement.

We regret that you did not have a positive experience with our company. We understand that often when individuals write reviews they are upset, but we are more than willing to take time to listen to your concerns. We value an open door policy and strive hard to implement the feedback of our employees. Our structure for bonuses, increases and promotions is clearly defined. We are transparent about the process. The pay starts at $9/hour then after 90 days, it increases to $10/hour. At that point, you are eligible to start using/taking paid time off (PTO) as well. Six months after that you will have your first performance review in the job, where you will be eligible for yet another increase in pay, along with a promotion in the position based on your performance rating. Your review will be yearly thereafter. We do not offer promotions for individuals who work less than 6 months with the position. This is because we value a model of promotion from within, and feel that the best opportunity for leadership comes from those who performed the job and performed it well. Finally, we value ethical business practices. It is one of the reasons that we were recently nominated for LeadsCouncil Leader Award for Excellence in a Call Center! This award is a reflection of the hard work of our leaders, team members and call center representatives. What may appear to be "nit picky," is actually our desire to maintain a professional work environment that not only meets but exceeds quality standards. We take pride in this award because it demonstrates continuously our desire to operate with the highest standards of ethics in our business practices. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you any particular concerns you may have had. We never want to appear as if we do not respond to the needs of our most important team members.
