We regret that your experience was not favorable with our company. However, we strive to provide a professional work place in which our employees and our clients are treated with the highest level of respect. Our managers are committed to the growth of the company, and the individual growth of new employees. We recognize that the starting pay during the 90 day training period is $9.00 an hour, and that may be lower than some other virtual employers. However, we believe we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that sets us a part from a lot of other work from home opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, pay increases at the 90 day mark. Also, at 90 days, you are able to start using your earned paid time off. In addition, 6 months after the 90 days, we offer a performance review with the possibility of another pay increase and a promotion in the position. Next, we also offer healthcare insurance to all employees who work full-time with our company through Blue Cross Blue Shield. After a year with the company, you are also able to enroll in our matching 401K program. We believe that though the training rate may be lower than some would expect, we offer the opportunity for permanent employment (not seasonal), and room for growth. In fact, we believe in the policy of promotion from within. All of our managers started off in our call center as call center agents first. Because we believe and value our employees, we try to offer a comprehensive work from home opportunity that allows for flexibility, career growth and a great work/ life balance. We want all of our employees to feel valued, and if there is a particular topic you would like to discuss directly with us, please feel free to communicate with us directly. We believe firmly in an open door policy.

Pros

Staff is friendly, mangers are helpful and always available in some form or fashion. Great starting point if you want to work from home.

Cons

The only downfall with his company is that the pay is by far too low even lower after taxes are taken out. Other companies are offering between $11 and $15 per hour

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we are glad that you found the staff helpful and available. We want to always ensure that our work environment is one that is positive, productive and team oriented. We recognize that the starting pay during the 90 day training period is $9.00 an hour, and that may be lower than some other virtual employers. However, we believe we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that sets us a part from a lot of other work from home opportunities. Because we believe and value our employees, we try to offer a comprehensive work from home opportunity that allows for flexibility, career growth and a great work/ life balance. As you have stated in your review, because of this belief, this opportunity is great for individuals who would like to work from home whether they are a student or someone who wants more time with their family. These individuals will find not just a contract job from home, but a real opportunity for professional growth.
