Pros

Supportive management. Team environment. Flexible schedule. Ongoing training. Ability to work from home.

Cons

It is an outbound phone job, but our focus is education. This was explained in detail, and though there were times in which you will be told no, you will meet really great people.

Pros

Work from home, make your own schedule, very professional, well organized, awesome support. They supply your headset and work papers so you don't need to print anything out. Decent pay and it is not 1099 contracted.

Cons

None really, I did not have any cons with this company.
