The best people in world to work with. We were like family. All with our own quirks but we were very close and worked as a team.

Cons

Same as most NH settings, people who are lazy complained constantly. Granted at times we were all over worked but that's why its WORK. It's not play.

Residents and staff provide a positive human experience Facilities are well kept. Grounds are well groomed Parking on site is a benefit

Senior leadership does not provide clear standardized direction to achieve goals. Strategic pathways change often and result in poor outcomes. Some of the senior leaders do not have the administrative or managerial skills to be an effective leader. Decentralizing promotes lack of standardization and results in less then adequate survey results There is lack of oversight
