Pros

Everyone is passionate about what we're building, and it's truly a team effort, regardless of role or job title. For the most part you can work from anywhere with an internet connection. Wink has the perks of a software startup combined with the satisfaction of tangible results by controlling products in your home. It's a small, growing company - you'll have loads of opportunity here, but you can't be afraid to ask questions.

Cons

Everyone is moving so quickly and is so focused on not letting anything drop that there is sometimes a too-many-cooks issue, but that gets sorted out just as quickly. You won't be happy at Wink if you want to stay in the box of your job description or if you need explicit instructions.

Pros

Fast-paced and challenging. Learning new things with highly-motivated developers, designers, and managers. Fast-paced doesn't have to be frantic; in fact, although we value "getting stuff done" in a short amount of time, we also have a lot of fun doing it.

Cons

Fast-paced does mean that small things sometimes get missed. For example, if the wiring closet is out of network ports, you grab a switch and patch cable from inventory, and plug it into the last switch, reconnect the device you unplugged, and get back to work...

Pros

Working with smart people in a fast-pace environment is rewarding, encouraging and enjoyable ! The product is very innovative and exciting, and there are a lot of new technologies going on that is very much attracting a lot of attention ! I think this place has both: a professional and talented team and an innovative product. couldn't ask for better.
