Pros

These are easily the smartest people I have gotten to work with. The Wink team all really know what they're doing and are amazing people to work with. They are the perfect combination of fun, professional, motivated, outgoing, passionate and focused.

Cons

This is pretty minor: Later this year the office is moving and the new office isn't near as much good food as the current office.

Pros

Everyone operates on a level playing field with reasonable work delegation. Very smart, highly skilled people without the ego, communication and transparency are virtues here. The work is fast paced, very innovative, stimulating, and exciting. Work / life balance is great, no burn out / workaholic culture here.

Cons

Maybe a few growing pains of being a new company, but nothing to complain about...

Pros

The team is super smart and small so you are sure to learn something new every single day. The vibe is amazing everybody is always ready to help each other to get the best product possible.

Cons

There is so much to do so the pace is pretty quick and everyone has to find the balance between getting stuff done and doing good quality work.
