Pros

This company is committed to its employees, communities and residents! I love their drive to celebrate and support local housing agencies. Winn is ever growing and shows its prowess in the industry by adapting and providing support and training to its teams. I appreciate their generous benefits, but most of all they have been willing to invest in me early; with certification trainings that i didn't previously have opportunity for.

Cons

I regret not joining Winn earlier in my career.

They really care about the culture of their organization by embracing diversity and creating working environments where people are respected, empowered, and valued. My career with Winn started 14 years ago when I was hired on as a receptionist. Throughout the years, I was afforded many opportunities to learn and grow through mentorship, training and leadership programs, which resulted in further advancements in my career. I was always given the tools and resources needed to not only do my job, but to also be successful at it. My current and past leadership have always been supportive, engaged and invested in my professional growth and development. I will forever be grateful!
