Pros

Winn puts their best foot forward in supporting employees through unrivaled recognition programs; leadership training and promotes internal growth. I truly enjoy coming to work and am often challenged and pushed outside my comfort zone. I have worked for the competition and they pale in comparison to the services we provide and positive internal culture. The company is by no means perfect, but I feel fortunate to be employed by Winn.

Cons

The company is regularly seeking to improve processes and find innovative solutions to streamline policies. However, they tend to roll things out too quickly. This has already been identified internally and is being worked on. On the flip side, I'd rather a company try to innovate and bring new programs to the table too quickly than not at all.

Pros

The company offers their employees quite a bit - room to reach your best potential. Lead education and training to prepare and continue to climb, constant continuing education, award programs, pay, benefits. Last year we answered a survey and the company has implemented better ways of making sure their employees have more job satisfaction.

Cons

Staffing issues, but company is working on this and there is a team working with upper management to improve.
