I have been working with at one of the Winn Properties for a couple of months I am new to the property management field and have learned so much in such a short amount of time and I really give the credit to my management team I am lucky enough to have 2 experienced managers to help me through this learning process. I really enjoy all that I have learned and look forward to working with the company for a long time. My team is amazing! :)

This Opportunity to be an Intern at WinnCompanies was truly Great! The people you work with care about each other and help each other out. This was a great experience and during my time in the last two months (July 2018-Aug 2018) I have learned so much, and It has better prepared me to enter the business world, and apply what I have learned. My time here was working in the Lowell, MA Regional Office and working for the Mid-Atlantic region of the company for the SVP. Working here got me exposure to the Property Management industry that I previously was not familiar with, and vastly Increased my knowledge with Operations, AP, and Financial Analyst business activities. I will use what I have learned from this experience throughout my future career. The Company truly cares about its employees and their well being. It always finds a way to boost the morale of the employees and keep them happy. A great place to work!
