I find Winn Companies does a great job with their benefits and compensation. I would have no reason to go job seeking.

Cons

workload is sometimes over bearing but always levels out with a little hard work and dedication of which I call, "doing your job". People do recognize hard work and will stand by you 100%.

Winn companies offers the best benefits out there that other companies do not match. Between vacation and holidays it ends up being way over a month and that does not include sick days! Where companies expect you to work way above 40 hours a week, winncompanies strictly enforces a 40 hour a week policy. My experience at Winn has been a great one and have found the director of accounting and his team to be very helpful. They care about your well being and career improvement/advancement. I have never had an issue being honest or felt as if I am not heard. If Winn relocated back to Boston I would definitely become part of the team again.
