If you work hard and want to grow in your career, there is no better company. Excellent training and leadership programs. My coworkers are terrific. Leadership works hard to improve operations and the employee experience.

Cons

The workload can be very challenging.

Great coworkers, good pay, busy atmosphere

Pros

I have great coworkers that make coming in every day enjoyable. Each day is very busy with different things to do and I like that. Winn likes to give back and that is something that is important to me. My property participates in a Winn Cares event every year where we give back to a foundation or cause and that makes me feel good about the company I work for.

Cons

The days are very long and sometimes work happens after hours at home. There are too many calls and meetings that make it difficult to get other day to day items taken care of. Upper management is rarely at your property to see how busy things are or to jump in and lend a hand if needed. There is also a shortage of staff so properties are sharing people to fill holes, which can be difficult to manage at times. There are a lot of last minute requests that also make you drop what you're doing, which can be very frustrating at times. It doesn't seem like upper management knows how busy managers are with these types of situations.

Pros

Good benefits, good teamwork, good company code of ethics, many great fellow employees, plenty of work to be done (not boring). The company does care about the employees, our residents, clients, vendors and the community.

Cons

Too much work, could use more great employees always.
