I have worked for various management companies over the past 10 years and can easily say Winn cares about its employees more than anyone. Its rare a company leads off all leadership meetings with employee safety and discussions about the well-being of its employees. The compensation is great and benefits even better. They also constantly evolve to make sure they adjust their HR policies to stay ahead of the competition and fairly compensate all levels of employees.

Cons

Make sure executives are not stretched too thin and have the time to stay connected with all their sites.

My manager has always been a huge support system and has always encouraged my career growth and provided me with so many opportunities to learn and grow. If you work hard and give your all you will have a long path at Winn.

Cons

Its not really a con, but if you don't like high volume of work and always being more than busy its not the place for you.
