Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

For full disclosure, I last worked here approximately 3 years. Things may have changed however, I will share the experience I had while working there. It was a very toxic work environment. There was no proper training, no accountability, a definitely felt "cliquey". Was quite a bit of turnover.

Pros

Employee Engagement, Proactive updates for the employees, Upper management involvement, Teamwork, Fulfilling work every day, ample opportunity & support to grow within the company, constant communication from upper management

Cons

Yearly compensation increases are standard and not personal to the employee or the work of individual employees
