I’ve been here less then a month and the support I have received is fantastic. They try hard to make sure you have all of the tools to do your job. This is not a job for a lazy person but if you are fast pace the rewards are great. They listen to all the levels of the team. Our Vice President even meets with site managers and maintenance men every once in a while to here how things are going. Winn cares about its employees.
