Pros
In my 14 years with this incredible organization, I have constantly been given opportunities to grow and develop; I entered the team as an Assistant Community Manager, and with the guidance and leadership provided over the years, have been able to grow into my current role, leading a team of 250 people overseeing nearly 6,000 homes. This is a company that truly believes that it's employees are the source of their success, and this is far more than just a phrase; it is clearly demonstrated throughout every level within the team. From the CEO on down, we are shown on a regular basis how much they care for our well-being, with a focus on us as people, not just as employees. The compensation package is, frankly, amazing. Wages are more than competitive, and the benefits offered are superb (the amount of time off we are allowed, only underlines the focus that Winn places on the well-being of its team members). I could not be prouder to have worked with this team for so long, and to be a member of the Winn family.
Cons
It's truly difficult to see a downside to working for this organization. It's fast paced and forward thinking, and always challenging. I certainly don't think of those as negative traits!
