Pros

They provide laptops, & free coffee. They have great maps to how they want work down but they aren't used and Winn wasn't winning in my opinion.

Cons

No growth, no learning, they don't want you to advance. Aren't well managed. Property managers and senior manager have no clue what to do. Unorganized. I had a title so that I can stay in a certain pay grade because I did everything but be an occupancy specialist.

Pros

The team atmosphere is the best. They are the reason I have stayed as long as I have. ATO benefits are great.

Cons

New leasing process was not thought out thoroughly and feedback to upper management doesn't feel like it's going anywhere. Drastic workload increase and no compensation for it. I do not see much career advancement.
