Executive leadership team, however I heard the President has since left the company which most likely is a positive because she absolutely did not have the qualifications or the leadership competencies to be effective in the role. She was all smoke and mirrors and was a nightmare to work for because she was indecisive. So she would tell you one thing and the following day would give you the opposite direction. She was the reason why I chose to leave, I could not work for someone like that. In addition when I worked there they did not believe in flexible schedules and working from home. They were a bit old school, i.e. if you are not in your office or at your desk, you are not working. This is why they had high turnover in Younger Professionals.
