Pros

The people you work with are amazing Good sales training in assuming sales and being aggressive and handling rebuttles If this company didn’t have a 28% commission draw and paid you more than minimum wage it would be the best job in the world

Cons

28% commission draw Lies about salary(minimum wage is what you are paid) No heat in the winter at my store Promises of 100k just unrealistic Dirty sales practices disguised as “maximizing every customer” Tied mobile hotspots and other “money makers” to promotions. So if a customer asks, can I get the promotion for a trade in on my phone and not get the extra devices you’re up selling me on, the answer the sales rep will give you is no. You need to get the extra devices to receive the promo. 6 day mandatory work week

Pros

There are a few leaders who are smart, capable, and even exemplary in leadership and knowledge of the business. The office space is nice.

Cons

No culture to speak of, or it’s not in action. Involvement is sometimes discouraged. Communication from leadership is poor. Benefits are terrible. Vacation time is miserable. Paid holidays are few. No flexibility, no remote working. Yet, certain people at higher levels are allowed to do so when they wish and also bring their kids into the office regularly. Our field team works remotely and a select few employees telecommute 100%. Unprofessional, embarrassing behavior of a few leaders and employees who are given high profile work and “status”, but do mediocre work, show up late and unprepared to meetings, refuse to communicate important info to others. Definitely a lack of teamwork with a couple of self-serving individuals.
