-The clients: once you have made a bond with them it’s pretty magical watching them learn and grow. - Camaraderie with fellow technicians and classroom teachers

Cons

-Upper management does not listen - work-life balance is not valued in this company -toxic positive and gaslighting are typical tactics used by the BCBA’s
