- fun time with younger clients - employees can be personable all the time, due to the nature of the work environment

Cons

-very underpaid considering the amount of work - reaching managerial position meant double the work but hardly a boost in pay

Working in homes that were filthy, working with parents who were borderline abusive, and no guaranteed hours - constant cancellations
