Cons

Up until recently I did not feel this way but in the last couple years it sure feels like quantity of clients seems more important than the quality of services being provided

Getting to know the kiddos and building rapport. Loved helping the kiddos and families achieve goals that were set

Cons

Inconsistent of hours if family cancels, you have to reach out to ypur managing technician to see of there's other places for you to go to maintain those hours missed.

The children are wonderful to work with

Cons

Very low pay. Your hours are cut if a client cancels (which will happen all the time) and you are not paid for these hours either. This location allows their workers to smoke drugs in the bathroom with clients. They allow their workers to work with the kids if they are inebriated. There are people that have worked at the oak creek location for 5+ years and they make the same thing as a new hire.
