Wisconsin Early Autism Project reviews

Management was awful. Communication was little almost nonexistent. Senior therapist didn't keep confidentiality between the line therapist and another team. Didn't replace another line therapist and I was a team of 1 therapist on a child's team and expected much more than should have at my level and was wrongfully let go although the parents wanted me to stay. They didn't even talk to me before let me off the team. Senior therapist think they are above and all mighty and show it often. God forbid line therapist talk to parents to make sure things are going well on their shift. who wait are number 1 on the team. None if the other line therapist would talk to the other if something was left behind for the next shift by accident or took too long once to do notes so then the next never knew their was even a problem . Absolutely worst unprofessional company I've ever worked for. A bunch of catty horrible women to work with!! We should all be there for 1 thing the kids

sometimes do not understand being a student plus working!
