Pros

Rewarding New things to learn every day Structured Some superiors are extreamly helpful/nice/organized Close & positive relationship with client and family Paid travel and decent living wage (I'm full time with no kids of my own)

Cons

Clients that often hit, bite, scream, etc. Being put on a dysfunctional team Parents who cancel often Need a high level of patience/tolerance Some superiors come off as emotionless or dont seem to like you High burnout

Pros

I love being in the clients' homes and doing ABA therapy with them. It's so exciting to see a kiddo learn something new.

Cons

The hours aren't a typical 9-5 because some kiddos start therapy earlier than this and some go later than this.
