Extremely rewarding work. Definitely a good stepping stone if you want to work with children with ASD in the future. Get to basically form your own schedule.

Cons

Low pay for line therapists for the amount of work that you do.

Great work, very rewarding experiences with children and lots of fun to help children learn and see them grow both learning skills and making new friends.

Cons

Very low pay, lack of benefits, poor communication from management, and no opportunities to move up in the company. Very out of touch people running the show.
