Pros

The bonds you make with your coworkers that understands what you're going through in terms of office management treatment. These employees are the only ones getting each other through the day.

Cons

Unfortunately most of the staff that was so kind hearted have been terminated or found work elsewhere due to the mistreatment going on from office management and clinical directors/supervisors. There is no flex time on a whim; you must fill out a document at least a week in advance, which does not allow for things like late arrival due to weather, dropping off a child at daycare, etc. Zero opportunity for growth or monetary promotions/raises. The only people who have lasted long are the ones getting rid of everyone and are the reason for high turnover.

Pros

The Wisconsin Early Autism project started as an organization that helped children and families by providing in-home Autism therapy. Sadly, the company has strayed from the family-type management styles creating many problems within the clinics. Coworkers are awesome, but the bonding is a result of the mutual dislike of upper management. For the most part, there is job security as the company has unethically pushed so many children through the program to remain in business.

Cons

You will not be paid what you are worth. Education is greatly valued for clinical staff only. Administrative staff are not treated with respect, especially at the Green Bay Clinic. There is one business office manager and two clinical leads that manage with complete disrespect. They will talk down to you and micromanage every aspect of your position. This has resulted in a very high turnover rate. It is not a secret in the company that the administrative staff at the Green Bay clinic are afraid to speak up with fear of being terminated. For a company that provides treatment of behavioral issues, the supervisors need behavioral intervention. They do not respect employees with physical or mental disabilities; actually, the physical property is not handicap accessible. There have been many times that someone has left work crying or feeling defeated. Those that continue to work there do so because they either lack an education to find a stable position elsewhere or cannot find other employment due to the negative references the office manager gives out. One other warning for potential job seekers, you will be told that career growth is infinite. Please be aware this is a lie to get you to sign a contract to stay. There are two administrative staff who have worked between 7-9 years and are in the same position making the same wages. Raises do not happen and you will never be promoted. Please know what you are getting in to before applying. Administration needs a total overhaul of upper level management. Seniors have it a little better as they can be out of the office as much as possible to avoid the problems that are persistent in the office.
