      Pros

      The therapy that is provided to the children is effective and necessary. The job is both challenging and rewarding. The children are fantastic!

      Cons

      The DePere clinic has many managerial issues to resolve. The upper management is difficult to talk to and work for. Concerns and suggestions are not considered or followed through with. There is an abundance of micromanaging. Anyone working in the office is not considered an adult who can complete their job duties without someone looking over their shoulder. Not a friendly place to be.

      Pros

      This is truly a life-changing service being offered to families with children on the autism spectrum. The PTO package is pretty decent and you are allowed some flexibility with your scheduled.

      Cons

      Where to start? Their is poor leadership from upper management, who continually belittle their staff so that they have no room to grow within the company. You will be under-compensated for the work you are doing. The morale within the company is very low.
