Pros

I came on as an SDR with little formal sales or tech experience. The I boarding experience was smooth and digestible. Granted I tried hard to learn quickly, but I was supported very well in my learning process, and was taught great sales technique.

Cons

If you need black and white structure, this may not be the place. Wistia let’s reps develop their own style while staying true to brand guidelines.

Pros

Wistia is truly an amazing place. From the people I work with to the work itself, I couldn't ask for better. The people are kind, incredibly smart, creative, and encouraged to be themselves. The work is fun, motivating, and challenging. Leadership is always coming up with ways to collaborate throughout the organization and there's never "bad" ideas when it comes to inputting your thoughts.

Cons

Not a con for everyone but if you are not used to a fast paced environment with lots of change to processes, this may not be the place for you while Wistia continues to grow.
