      -Upper management in Land Dev. is very full of themselves and talk about how great they are and they treat you like you're in elementary school -Below average pay with horrible raises and bonuses -Don't care if employees are happy, you are just a number -0 diversity

      Your bosses want the best for you, want to help you grow, positive environment, and very cool office.

      Cons

      Though there is good work/life balance, there is more work in the state than engineers to do it, so lots of work coming in can lead to crunch time.
