Pros

The people are great and upper management strives for excellence on all levels. WR focuses on community, inclusion, process improvement, client experience and success, and most importantly in this work climate, keeping their employees happy. There is growth potential, flexibility for work from home, different channels for learning/continuing ed, resources for mental and physical health, and the list goes on.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of.
